Hello Friends,
Times are strange! We hadn’t expected something like this to hit us so hard and stay with us for so long. The minimum we can do is to take good care and stay as safe as possible and I truly hope you all are doing the same no matter where you are. As they say, “This too shall pass”, lets continue to believe in the power of hope, prayer and resilience.
The Covid-19 pandemic impacted our business and we did lose some deals while few got postponed. On the other hand, the time during the lockdown period provided us a great opportunity to revisit our goals, realign our strategy and focus relentlessly on execution which directly impacts customer delight. In fact I am happy to share that we have now built a very robust customer delight program that covers a minimum of 7 touchpoints that strongly enhance CX.
We may be separated by distance but technology keeps us together and at Comsense we make maximum use of it to stay connected not only with each and every team member but also with our customers. Virtual daily project stand-ups and weekly calls with customers ensures we are on track and the momentum isn’t lost. Never before have I realized, with such intensity, the importance of human interaction, than during this lockdown time and hence to bridge this gap, one thing that continues with a clock-like regularity is our weekly All Hands meet. Its a virtual meet where all the members of our team join in and we connect with each and every individual while having a really good time with lots of fun and games. Biju has been conducting some really motivating sessions viz., the importance of workout, meditation and once a really interesting and revealing discussion took place on how failures shape up personalities positively.
We are slowly seeing the markets opening up across different regions. Some of our engagements that were struck are being re-mobilized and decisions are being taken to move forward. So we look forward positively to more business and partnerships to empower our customers with digital transformation.
